To evaluate the claim you need the customer to provide you with the following:
- The product with the fault
- Receipt of purchase confirming the place and the time of purchase (less than 2 years old) as well as the purchase price for the product.
- An explanation of the problem and when the error was detected.
- An explanation of how much and in what terrain/environment the product has been used.
When you have this you can continue to step 2 to evalute the claim
