These are Alfa Sko AB standard sales and delivery terms. These are the general terms applicable for sales created between the customer and Alfa Sko AB.
Delivery of products
The product is considered to be delivered when it leaves Alfa Sko AB warehouse. The product is regarded as Alfa Sko AB's property in its entirety until the purchase price, including any accrued interest and costs, is paid.
Suggested retail prices include value added tax. Alfa Sko AB reserves the right to make price changes due to changes in commodity prices, exchange rates or the like.
Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. In the case of new customer relationships, payment may be required in cash or the goods will be sent COD (Cash on delivery). This also applies when the agreed credit limit is exceeded. Delayed payment is interest-charged with the interest rate applicable at any time.
Single orders are delivered at the customer's expense and risk. (Ex. Works Alfa Sko AB warehouse). Delivery time follows order confirmation. For manual order processing, a handling fee of SEK 50 is charged.
All returns must be approved in writing by Alfa Sko AB. Returns are at the buyer's expense and risk.
Alfa Sko AB provides return shipping only in cases where there is an error on Alfa Sko AB's part.
Upon approved return, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Returns that are not pre-approved by Alfa Sko AB are returned for the buyer's expense and risk.
On a general basis, Alfa Sko AB has delegated responsibility for approving warranty claims from the end user to the retailer. Read the criteria’s to create a warranty claims via ALFAs the B2B system.
If the complaint is approved, the main rule will be that Alfa Sko AB reserves the right to replace the product with a new product. In cases where the product cannot be replaced with the same new product, the net purchase price of the product will be credited the dealer.
Dealer duties to maintain storage of warranty claimed shoes for a minimum of 90 days. The products must be presented to Alfa Sko AB sales representatives or sent to Alfa Sko AB for inspection upon request.
