If you approve the claim you should fill in the claims forms in ALFAs B2B portal.
1. Go to claims form
To register a warranty claim go to the menu in the header under your business's name and choose CLAIM.
2. Enter product information and pictures
Enter the complete article number for the product - 13 digits. You will find the 9 first digits for the product on the label inside the shoe under article number. The 4 last digits shall be 0 - SIZE (2 digits) and then 0.
A shoe with the label below will have Article number 3411311100420 (341131110 you see on the label + 0 + size 42 + 0)
Purchase date you'll find on the customer receipt.
You'll find the production number on the label inside the shoe.
Production number for the label below will be R00231
Reason for return
Enter the correct reason for the return as identified in step 2.
Enter the name of the person registering the claim
Picture of receipt
Upload a picture of the receipt. Drag-n-drop the file on the line or press Choose file and find the file on your computer.
Picture of product/fault
Upload a picture that presents the fault and the wear of the product. For shoes with internal errors like GORE-TEX leakage, wrinkled lining etc. add a picture showing the wear of the product.
In the note field enter the name of the customer and contact information to reach the customer. If the GORE-TEX test has been done on the product write also GORE-TEX tested. If there are other relevant information about the claim also enter this.
3. Add the claim
When the product information and pictures are added you can press the ADD ROW button to add the claim to the claim order.

4. Add more products in the same claim order
If you want to add more products to the same claim order repeat step 2 and 3.
5. Submit the claim order
When all products are registered you press CREATE CLAIM and accept ALFAs terms and conditions
